The GOOD DESIGN award is the country’s most important distinction in the field of design and innovation, awarded since 1993 by the Institute of Industrial Design. It is one of the oldest design competitions, promoting the best-designed products available on the domestic market. An interdisciplinary jury takes into account the innovation, functionality and quality of the solutions implemented.
All products both awarded and nominated for the finals are presented in a post-competition exhibition at the headquarters of the Institute of Industrial Design in Warsaw.
The Red Dot Awards have been awarded since 1955 by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen. Due to their highly prestigious nature, they are referred to as the Oscars of Design. They are awarded exclusively to manufacturers of innovative, high-quality products that are distinguished by their modern design. In addition to good design, when awarding the Red Dot, experts also assess the entries in terms of the sustainability of the products as an expression of respect for the surrounding environment. Cellfast products fit perfectly into this philosophy.
Receiving the prestigious Red Dot Design Award, due to its international character and elite group of winners, is an extremely important distinction for our design team. Their passion, creativity and abilities have contributed to the creation of innovative products that not only fulfil their purpose perfectly, but also catch the eye with their unique design.
The Top Design Award is an award presented as part of the Arena DESIGN industrial design festival held in Poznań. In this competition, the submitted products are evaluated by an independent jury of design specialists – owners of well-known design studios, representatives of the world of science, publishers and industrial design journalists. Criteria such as functionality, quality of materials used, degree of innovation and ergonomics are taken into account.
Arena Design is an event that clearly emphasises the need for manufacturers and designers to work together. Over the past few years, Cellfast has placed a stronger focus on design, and the collaboration between the design studio Kabo & Pydo and the Cellfast Design Group has resulted in the launch of new, innovative products that stand out in the market in terms of industrial design. Thanks to such activities, design is not an art for art’s sake, but a development strategy that allows Polish companies to build a high position on the international market.
Must Have is one of the most important industrial design awards in Poland – a laurel awarded by the Łódź Design Festival. It is one of the most important competitions where specialists evaluate the design of Polish products. The plebiscite has been held since 2011 on the occasion of the Łódź Design Festival.
